SHIPPING

Cosmic Dog Co. ships Australia wide and all orders will be sent in a satchel via Sendle Post. 

Please allow 1-7 days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address.

We ensure our items are carefully packaged and posted, however, we do not take responsibility for the courier service, in the rare scenario that the item becomes lost or damaged in transit.

Standard Shipping - Starting from $8.95

Express Shipping - Starting from $14.00 

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel/refund your order. 

If you require changes to your order, contact us via email to see if we can make changes prior to your order dispatching.

We are proud partners of Hero Packaging. 

Every item purchased will come in fully compostable and recyclable packaging (even the label). 

“Hero Packs” break down completely in your home compost in 90-120 days. 

All packages are packed with love by our team.

Please ensure to remove all tapes and labels prior to composting. 

RETURNS POLICY

  • Faulty or damaged items will be replaced depending on the circumstances. Ensure to direct any faulty item enquiries to woof@cosmicdogco.com.au
  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for an exchange or store credit with no cash refunds given. Excluding items purchased during a sale, or personalised items. 
  •  Products must be in the original and unworn condition.
  • Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. 
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs of returning non-faulty items to Cosmic Dog Co. 
  • The customer will only be issued a refund if item is deemed faulty/ damaged/defective.
